HTC Desire 20 Pro was recently spotted on Google Play console exposing its internal hardware, before that the device was listed on NCC certification that suggested imminent Taiwan launch. Now, the smartphone is spotted on Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance that suggests the launch is even closer. Let’s take a look at some of the details that we learned from the following certifications.
Earlier, as well as now, there’s the same model number 2Q9J100 spotted that reveals that the smartphone will come with Bluetooth 5.0 and run on Android 10. The Bluetooth SIG certifications don’t provide other details, but from the Wi-Fi Alliance certification, we learn that it will feature dual-Wi-Fi Bands with 2.4GHz and 5Ghz.
Other than this, some previous leaks revealed some of its specifications. The HTC Desire 20 Pro will be a mid-range offering from HTC that will board the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC. It was spotted with 6GB of that which would probably be the top RAM variant of the smartphone.
It is tipped to sport a large display with a Full-HD+ resolution. It is also said to feature a great set of cameras. The previous design also showcased that the smartphone will come with a hole-punch display and vertical camera setup. We also see the capacitive fingerprint scanner at the rear beside the cameras.
HTC hasn’t officially revealed any details on the device but considering the certifications, the launch seems forthcoming.
