HP launched the HP Pavilion Gaming 16 budget laptop on Tuesday, along with it the company also unveiled the premium HP Omen 15(2020) gaming laptop. It is the newest addition to the Omen series and comes with AMD’s Ryzen and Intel CPUs. It also has the option to choose up to Nvidia’s RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU. Let’s take a look at the details.
The HP Omen 15 flaunts the Omen’s standard gaming chassis with a 15.6-inch display. There are various options available and buyers can go up to 300Hz refresh rate panel with OLED screen.

Under the hood, it ships starting from Intel’s Core i7 to AMD’s Ryzen 7 CPUs. In terms of graphics, it has up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q with max 32GB of DDR4 RAM. It has a decent battery with up to 12.5 hours of usage on a single charge.
Just like other Omen laptops, it has the Omen logo at the rear center. It also features Omen’s Tempest Cooling technology. The laptop also has RGB LED lighting with an LED-backlit keyboard.
The HP Omen 15(2020) starts at $999.99 and has Black and Silver color variants.
