Honor Tab 6 has been officially launched at an event in China. It comes with a 10.1-inch panel and Kirin’s mid-range SoC. There are two devices, the Tab X6 and Tab 6. We have already covered the details of the Honor Tab X6 and now we are taking a look at the Honor Tab 6.
The Honor Tab 6 is a full-fledged tablet device that is priced at CNY 1,299(~$185) for the base variant with Wi-Fi and 3GB/32GB configuration. The 4GB/64GB Wi-Fi model costs CNY 1,399(~$200). The top Wi-Fi model retails for CNY 1,699(~$242) with 4GB/128GB configuration.
The 4G LTE model comes at a price tag of CNY 1,599(~$228) for the 4GB/64GB variant and CNY 1,899(~$271) for the 4GB/128GB variant. It will go on sale starting on July 28 in China.
The Tab 6 and Tab X6 are somewhat similar, the Tab 6 just has a larger 10.1-inch FHD display as compared to X6’s smaller 9.7-inch. It has a single 2MP front-facing camera and a single 5MP rear camera. The laptop powers the Kirin 710A SoC paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. It has a 5,100mAh battery and also comes with a Stylus which is missing on the X6.
