Honor Play 4 series of smartphones comprising of the Play 4 and Play 4 Pro was in the rumor mill for a while. Last time we covered some of the specs and color variants of the vanilla Honor Play 4, Now, finally, we have a look at the Play 4 Pro’s key highlights.
The Honor 4 series is tipped to debut on June 3 at an event in China. Now, ahead of its launch, we have a closer look at the Honor Play 4 Pro smartphone’s specs. Under the hood, the leak touts the presence of the Kirin 990 5G chipset. As the name suggests, it is a 5G compatible SoC with support for 5 G connectivity from top Chinese carriers offering the service.

The new leak reaffirms that the device will sport a 6.57-inch LCD display panel. It will be an FHD+ resolution screen with thin bezels. The images also confirm the dual-hole display on the device.
In terms of the optics, the Play 4 will come equipped with a Dual-camera array at the rear consisting of a 40-megapixel primary camera and another 8-megapixel secondary lens. At the front, the device will feature a 30-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera setup.
Other than this, the smartphone is said to have a 4,200mAh battery with 40W flash charging support. It will run on Android 10 out of the box with EMUI on top of it.
