Although the Pixel 4a was just officially launched, there’s already a new leak claiming that Google may be working closely with display manufacturers Samsung and BOE to make a new smartphone with a 6.67-inch screen and a 120Hz refresh rate.
So far, Google has not released a smartphone that supports 120Hz refresh rate. Only the previously released Pixel 4 line had anything higher than 60Hz, and even that was just 90Hz.
The last time Google released a device with a similar screen size was in 2014 in cooperation with Motorola to launch the Nexus 6, which used a 5.96-inch panel.

Screen analyst Ross Young said that Google may release a 6.67-inch screen smartphone with a display provided by Samsung or BOE. Although it has not yet been determined whether it is LCD or OLED, we’re expecting to see OLEDs here.
Due to rumors that the upcoming Pixel 5 is equipped with a 5.78-inch screen, it seems that Google will not release this large-screen model this year. Ross Young also pointed out that this model will have 5G support, another first for the company.
