Gionee has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the Indian market. The all-new Gionee F8 Neo comes in a compact form factor flaunting a single camera setup. It is priced at INR 5,499 which is roughly $75 for the sole 2GB + 32GB variant.

There is a 5-megapixel single front camera for selfies and an 8-megapixel single rear camera placed in a vertical module. It has a single-tone LED flash below the camera lens and interestingly, it also has a front flash.
It is powered by the UNISOC SC9863A processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB. It houses a 3,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging technology. It runs on Android 10 out of the box with Gionee’s custom UI on top of it.
The handset can be picked in any of these three colors – Red, Black, and Blue. It will be available for purchase in offline stores in the country.
