Blackmagic Design today released the Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K camera, priced at the very high price of 86,000 yuan ($12,788).
According to the official introduction, this new digital cinema camera is equipped with an advanced 12,288 x 6,480 12K Super 35 image sensor, with a dynamic range of 14 stops, and can shoot 12K images of 80 million pixels per frame at a high frame rate of up to 60fps.

This third-generation model camera supports the new Blackmagic fifth-generation color science and higher Blackmagic RAW performance.
According to the official, Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro has 80 million pixels per frame, supporting a new generation of color science and the flexible Blackmagic RAW format. Users can get fine 8K and 4K images from 12K super capture, and can also shoot 12K at 60fps, 8K at 110fps, or 4K Super 16 images at a frame rate of up to 220fps.
URSA Mini Pro 12K is equipped with a replaceable PL lens mount, built-in ND filter, dual CFast and UHS-II SD card recorders, and SuperSpeed USB-C expansion port.
