Black Shark 4 Series Will Break Covers on March 23

    Black Shark has been a solid contender in the gaming smartphone segment. Starting from its first Black Shark device to the upcoming Black Shark 4, the company has been killing it with the specs sheet. Just like that, the 4th iteration of the gaming smartphone from Black Shark was doing rounds in the rumor mill hinting for a launch by the end of this month. Now, the company itself has shared the official launch date of the device for the Chinese market.

    The Black Shark 4 is scheduled to launch on March 23 at 3 PM China time. The poster has some crazy graphics building the hype in the market. Well, the poster doesn’t reveal anything significant but the previous leaks have revealed plenty of the details of the series.

    The company is expected to toss two devices the Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro. The vanilla model was spotted with a PSR-A0 model powering the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. On the other hand, the Black Shark 4 Pro was seen carrying the KRS-A0 model number fueling the Snapdragon 888 chipset.

    Both the phones are expected to come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a whopping 144Hz refresh rate. The Pro variant may feature a QHD+ resolution, whereas, the vanilla is said to have an FHD+ resolution panel.

    One of the major highlights of the Pro model is that it won’t just be a good gaming device, the phone will also have great cameras. On paper, rumors are rife that the device will have a 108MP primary camera at the rear. The regular Black Shark 4 will get either a 64MP or a 48MP main sensor at the back.

    Housing a 4,500mAh on the duo, the phones are expected to boast a whopping 120W fast charging support. The phones will come with a base 8GB of RAM variant but it is yet to be known if whether it will break the limits with 18GB of max RAM option just like the ROG phone 5.

    Nonetheless, the upcoming Black Shark series looks quite intimidating, at least in the rumor mill. Now that the launch is just a few days ahead, we are waiting for some live images and the official pricing to head to the mill.
