Huami Amazfit smartwatches are out for a while and its time for an upgrade. Well, the rumors had it that the company could soon launch the successors of the Amazfit GTR and GTS and now, Huami itself has confirmed the launch details.
Huami’s Amazfit has shared an invite poster that confirms that the Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 will debut on September 22 in its home-town China. The poster also reveals the design of both the smartwatches. The one with the circular dial is the GTR 2 and the square-shaped watch is the GTS 2.

This time around, GTR 2 has a classic design which with super-narrow bezels as compared to the original Amazfit GTR. It has two buttons on the sides and seems to have a classic leather-like strap.
The GTS 2 has seems to have a sharper display with thinner bezels as compared to the original Amazfit GTS. It has a side-button with and a silicone strap. There are no details on what will be the improvements other than the design, but the smartwatches are expected to have a SpO2 feature for measuring blood oxygen saturation.
Other features that we can expect are better battery life, more sports modes, sharper screen, and new watch faces. The launch is just a few days ahead and once it debuts we’ll be the first one to notify you on the same.
