Poco just launched its first budget smartphone, the M2 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. Now, it seems that Poco will launch more budget devices and one of them has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards(BIS) certifications. Surprisingly, it could be a Redmi rebadged device.
The BIS certification shows a Poco smartphone with model number 2006C3MI which is nothing but the Redmi 9C smartphone. Another certification it bagged was TUV Rhienland and it also shows the same model.
Earlier, we saw the Poco M2 Pro which is actually a rebranded Redmi Note 9 Pro and the M2 Pro will probably be the rebranded Redmi 9C. There aren’t any significant details but we have specs of Redmi 9C so let’s take a look.
The Redmi 9C was launched in China and recenly tossed in the global market. It has a 6.53-inch HD+ panel, triple rear cameras and a single front facing camera. There is a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W standard charging speed.
