It seems Apple is all set to begin production of its next-generation iPhone 12 very soon. The Cupertino company will reportedly begin production of its 6.1-inch variant of the phone this July according to a report by DigiTimes.
The DigiTimes report also claims that the iPhone 12 will come in four different size options. These allegedly include a 5.4-inch and 6.7-inch model, and another 6.1-inch iPhone 12, albeit with hardware that will reportedly be closer to entry-level.

DigiTimes also says that while the sizes may be different, every variant of the device will come with an OLED display, which will be supplied by Samsung. Unfortunately, there’s still not a lot of information beyond size and display type for now, though we can probably expect more soon.
Given Apple’s tradition, it’s possible that the future iPhones will feature a new chipset, a slight uplift in its design, and the possibility of a new camera system, among other things. iPhones aren’t the most exciting launches in the tech world, but they do surprise occasionally.
